We ordered a garden seating system through the online website, the item was in stock! After 4 business days, luckily, we called to check when the product would arrive and the representative claimed that the product was not in stock. I asked why no one bothered to inform us that the product was not in stock and what could be done, and the answer was that we do not have another product in stock that can be ordered, they will make a credit that will take 3 business days. I was at the Bilo branch, I saw the product with my own eyes, I could have purchased it in the store, but I preferred that it arrive in a drop-off that would not cause damage to the car, and on the website it was at a discount of 100 shekels, so I ordered from the website, and at the end I get an answer that it is not in stock... If I go to the branch now, I am sure that it is in stock, so where is the logic? ?? Just horrible service..

Large selection and good service. Unfortunately, the sellers are not knowledgeable about all the series and products (a combination of a large selection and lack of training). The prices are unfortunately more expensive than many stores that sell Keter products (on all websites and also in frontal sales in many stores).
